Suspicious Male Tries to Enter Cochrane Home

RCMP Alberta – On June 21, 2018 at approximately 10:30 p.m the Cochrane RCMP responded to a complaint of a suspicious male in the rural area of Cochrane near Twp Rd 244. The male rang the door bell and when the homeowner opened the door the male tried to push past the homeowner to enter the home. When the homeowners’ wife descended the stairs, the male departed rapidly from the home in a dark coloured car. Upon further investigation it was determined that the male had also entered the garage and rummaged through two of their vehicles. The male is described as native with a medium complexion, 5’10” tall and approximately 175 lbs with a full head of hair that was cut short. A composite sketch was done by an RCMP composite sketch artist, and is attached to this email.

The Cochrane RCMP are asking if anyone recognizes the male in the sketch or if anyone has further information regarding this suspicious incident to please contact the Cochrane RCMP detachment at 403-851-8000.
